Your presence in the community is like the stone dropped into the pond--I have felt the effects of your commitment to women and writing and the greater society, and I've seen

I LOVE your class!!!  I am learning so much already and have so much more to learn. You have a gift for acknowledging and validating us as writers and as women. I am amazed at my good fortune to have found you and WWf(a)C!!!!  Thank you for creating a safe place for all of us to express very deep parts of ourselves.
- Jeanne Cariati, Montpelier; Winter 2008

I am so happy to be finally hearing my voice, and being validated for it by other strong, caring women.  There is transforming power in this.  Thank God for you ... and for Women Writing for (a) Change!
- Wendy Gibson, Williston; Spring 2007

I hope you realize that facilitating these classes, and modeling the strength, honesty, fulfillment, conviction and truth of your voice is bringing about internal change in each of us and therefore change is seeping out into the world and changing it, too. Thank you!
- Pam Clark, Jericho;  Fall 2006

Women Writing for (a) Change - Vermont is a proud sponsor of the
Voices Project Movie, filmed during summer 2007 and due for release in June 2008. The musical, created by and for Vermont teens through extensive interviews, personal writings and songs, toured the state in 2004 to such acclaim that it has now been turned into the 'real' high school musical feature film, SHOUT IT OUT!

We are also proud to co-sponsor Bella Voce, the women's chorus of Vermont whose creativity, programs and collaborations provide artistic value and enhanced musical knowledge to members and audiences alike.

We support the Vermont Young Writers' Project in a number of ways,
including as mentors.
